MedPro Services utilizes WayStar’s Electronic Remittance Advice to automate insurance payment posting. MedPro Services can offer clients a secure web-based patient payment portal to make payments directly and after hours. We also use eBridge Document Solutions to manually post payments you receive by check or cash.
Our team has vast experience working with various payment posting solutions (e.g., Instamed, Payspan, Change Healthcare) and can securely access patient and insurance payments. We work with our clients to identify the preferred, most efficient means for processing payments and are always willing to brainstorm and customize solutions that best meet our clients’ needs.
